Return Policy


All orders placed through are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE. 

Any Order may be cancelled and refunded ONLY if the cancel request is made via our contact form, under the 'contact us' tab, BEFORE the order is shipped out. 

Any packages lost or damaged in transit will be replaced free of any charges, (After our formal investigation which may take 15 to 30 business days) with appropriate letter from the postal service ONLY.

It is EXTREMELY important for you to double check your shipping address when making your payment to avoid any problems in the delivery of your package.

Our packages are marked 'ABANDON' if not deliverable because of an incorrect address or non pick up of the package from your local post office upon non delivery to the address provided. Any packages not delivered due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non pick up, non pick up due to unpaid duty fee, or non pick up within the given time by the postal service, will NOT be refunded or replaced. 

All of our orders come with tracking numbers. you may check the status of your package on or the local postal service website of the destination country. 

Canadian and US residents: If would like a replacement order shipped due to any of the above reasons listed, a restocking fee of 20% of your order total + a shipping fee will be charged to issue a replacement if the order qualifies.

If we qualify you for a refund despite the reasons listed above, a 25% restocking fee of your total order price will be deducted before the refund is sent.

International Residents:  If would like a replacement order shipped due to any of the above reasons listed, a restocking fee of 20% of your Product total + a shipping fee will be charged to issue a replacement if the order qualifies.If we qualify you for a refund despite the reasons listed above, a 20% restocking fee of your total product price will be deducted before the refund is sent.


How long does shipping take? 


These shipping times are approximate only. Shipping times are not guaranteed. 

Order Processing time is 1 to 5 Business Days on all orders.

Canada - 3 to 5 Business Days

USA - 5 to 10 Business Days

ALL Other Countries - 6 to 10 Weeks (Unless Air Delivery is chosen at check out - 10-15 business days)

Although we only offer surface delivery to Asia & Africa, if there is an expedited delivery option available at the time, we will give you a complimentary upgrade to air delivery. 



Do I have to Pay Customs Duties & Other Fees? 


Customers with shipping addresses outside of Canada are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, or fail to pick up your package from your postal office, the cost of the original shipping, products ordered, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.



The delivery time frame is over. I don't have my package yet.  


The first thing you should do is call your local postal office with the tracking number provided to you. They will be able to let you know the exact delivery date of your package. If your postal office is unable to help you, just contact us and we will sort it out for you. 



Where is my tracking number? 


Tracking numbers are sent out in 1 to 5 business days. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us and we will be happy to resend you the tracking details.



Why does my Red Oil smell like olive oil? 


The red oil concentrate contains various types of oils and herb oils. Some of these oils have quite a strong scent, ex. mustard and olive, while others have little to no scent at all. ex. coconut and vitamins. Some people may feel as if there is a strong olive scent, while others may not sense any strong scent at all. 



Why isn't there any red at the bottom of my Red Oil? 


We have improved our formulation of the original Red Oil and made it more potent and rich. Our secret blend of herbs were previously infused into the oil, giving it a ruby red color at the bottom of the bottle. Now we use only pure oils of the herbs. This process eliminates the red color, makes the oil more potenet and also allows you to keep the Red Oil for up to a year. More info is available under the product description. 



Can I buy your products in my country? 


We are working on starting wholesale sometime next year. At this time all of our products are only available for shipping.



Do you ship to my country? 


As long as you have a valid shipping address, we can ship to you! We ship our products worldwide, but can not ship to P.O Box only addresses.
